Charles, Ken and Paul navigate their way through a hybrid clinical trial with support from clinic staff, Yakuza, Rock-Paper-Scissors and their assigned recliners to investigate a novel approach to treating drug resistant depression. Ketamine doses and transcranial magnetic stimulation combine with divergent personalities in a clash which allows patients, staff and emergent stories to create common ground for each to hear, see and ultimately heal in this debut novel.
